Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members while owning key merchandising areas. In this role you’ll lead shifts, develop selling behaviors, and ensure Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery are completed to standard.

You will support BOPIS/OMNI execution and help maintain safety, processes, and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Education level: high school diploma or equivalent preferred, read/write/count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
