Tractor Supply Company in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own power panels, clipstrips, endcaps, clothing recovery, and omni/ BOPIS tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing, and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work scheduled shifts including weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members; own Power Panel/Clipstrip/Endcap areas.
• Own weekly Clothing Department recovery, and support BOPIS/OMNI tasks.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts; ensure safe work practices.
• Operate cash register and assist customers; complete documentation.
