Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana in Indiana (Connersville) is seeking a Store Team Leader to assist the Store Leader, management team, and staff in executing the store's operating goals. You will make judgments on customers, staff, and business planning to support the annual plan.

You will lead staff coaching, oversee daily operations, and help manage resources while upholding Goodwill's Mission, Vision and Values.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising staff in a service/retail environment.
• Strong coaching and feedback abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Familiarity with computers and basic software.
• Results-driven with ability to plan and prioritize.
