Job summary

Royal Farms in Wallace, NC is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations on shift and act as the Person in Charge when a more senior leader is absent. You will oversee customer service, product availability, safety, and vendor relations to maximize sales and uphold store standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coach staff. Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, with availability for second/third shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of shift operations as the Person in Charge when needed.
• Perform shift operational tasks including POS transactions and vendor check-in.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Lead trainings, provide feedback, and coach teammates on standards.
• Oversee food service programs and maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
