Job summary

Royal Farms in Wallace, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to run store operations on duty as the acting PIC when a senior manager isn't present. You will support customer service, ensure product availability, execute food service programs, and help drive sales while maintaining safety and budget controls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and asset protection.
• Maintain food/beverage execution, quality, and store cleanliness.
• Lead and develop store team, delegate tasks, and uphold SOPs.
