Royal Farms in Wilson, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee store operations on duty, acting as the Person in Charge in the absence of a more senior manager, and drive customer service, product availability, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, handling POS transactions and cash controls, ensuring food service program execution, maintaining store cleanliness, and upholding brand standards while pursuing sales and efficiency goals.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.
