Job summary

Total Wine & More in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Supervisor to help grow our store brand by supporting management, store operations, and a sales/service culture. You will lead by example, coach peers, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

This role reports to the store management team and requires flexibility for evenings and weekends. Requirements include 1–3 years in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong interpersonal skills, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver KPMs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and ongoing development.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant store.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
