Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays, and supporting curbside pickup and delivery.
• Deliver personalized customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure compliance with laws related to sale of alcohol and safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as needed.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, including potential delivery duties.
