Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial retail role.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team, with ongoing development.
• Support day-to-day operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising, shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and creating a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
