Total Wine & More in Fresno, CA is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and develop a sales- and service-focused culture. You will lead frontline staff, coach peers, and help deliver a welcoming, knowledgeable store environment while ensuring compliance with alcohol-selling laws.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, assisting with training, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
