Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure excellent donor and customer service. This role requires supervising donations, production, and store activities to meet revenue goals while upholding safety standards.

The candidate will train employees, manage productivity, and maintain merchandising flow. Travel to Madison for training is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class service by greeting and assisting customers, coaching all employees to do the same.
• Monitors customer service and sales staff productivity while operating a register and handling cash controls.
• Ensure efficient production flow and productivity, maximizing output from donations.
• Maintain a full and clean store presentation with continuous merchandise flow.
• Monitor donor service and staff productivity; assist donors as needed.
• Train staff and provide ongoing coaching and follow up.
• Project a positive image of Goodwill to customers and partners.
• Follow safety and asset protection standards and report concerns.
