Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Lead Supervisor to oversee donations, production and store operations. The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining workflow, and achieving revenue goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring strong retail experience, leadership abilities, and sound judgment. Travel up to 5% for training is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plan and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team productivity with guidance from manager.
• Assist with training employees and supervise daily workflow of donations, production and store.
• Provide coaching to assist with discipline and ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver best in class service by greeting and assisting customers and coaching staff to do the same.
• Monitor customer service and staff productivity while handling cash controls and tills.
• Ensure efficient production flow and maximize product output from donations.
• Maintain a continuous flow of new product according to merchandising guidelines.
• Train staff, provide ongoing coaching and follow-up.
• Project a positive image of Goodwill in all interactions; uphold safety standards.
• Accurately enter report data and adhere to Core Values.
