Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Lead the store team and drive sales while managing daily operations.
• Support opening/closing, cash handling, stock management, pricing, and loyalty promotion.
• Coordinate tasks with Store Manager to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as brand ambassador with product knowledge and initiatives.
• Adhere to Asset Protection and compliance initiatives.
• Model best practices to improve KPIs and inspire the team.
