Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team, deliver outstanding consumer experiences, and drive sales while handling daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring the store is business ready.

You will coach the team, manage stock, pricing, and loyalty promotions, stay informed on product launches, uphold Crocs policies, and partner with the Store Manager to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service standards.
• Assist with daily retail operations including cash handling, POS management, stock room management, pricing and markdowns, and store cleanliness.
