Job summary

Crocs is seeking a Team Leader in Riverhead, NY to drive exceptional in-store experiences and support daily operations. The role requires 18+ years old, 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership preference, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for leadership.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs' service model.
• Foster a positive team culture and share feedback.
• Assist in all store departments including POS and merchandising.
• Lead on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Represent Crocs as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches.
• Follow store policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
