• Support daily retail ops: service, POS, stock, pricing, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate tasks with Store Manager to ensure smooth daily execution.
• Act as a Crocs brand ambassador, sharing product updates with customers.
• Follow Crocs policies: Asset Protection, inventory control, compliance.
• Lead by example to boost KPIs and motivate the team.
