Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers and understand their needs.
• Excellent communication, organization, planning and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Ability to analyze results against goals and develop growth plans.
• Ability to handle conflict professionally and maintain integrity.
