Job summary

Total Wine & More in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture that delivers best-in-class service. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

You will report to the store management team and be involved in training, development, and ongoing performance improvement to drive customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise teammates and support their training and development.
• Ensure compliance with laws governing alcohol sales and store safety.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned.
