Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience.
• Sales-focused leadership and coaching.
• Positive, high-energy personality with customer focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with retail tech including POS and CRM systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal and store sales goals and mentor team members.
• Devise and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue.
• Capture and manage client information (phone, email, address).
• Address customer needs and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, pricing, floor and stockroom layout.
• Ensure housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
