Qualifications

• 1+ year in an Assistant Manager retail role.
• Proven sales-focused leadership with coaching ability.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Tech-savvy with POS and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal and store sales goals and mentor team members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer experience.
• Capture and manage client information (phone, email, address).
• Identify customer needs and address objections efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of store merchandise, pricing, and layout.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.
• Utilize POS, CRM, and inventory management systems effectively.
• Follow loss-prevention measures to secure inventory.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and mentoring employees.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on recruitment and onboarding.
