Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience, ideally 1+ years in assistant manager responsibilities.
• Results-oriented with a strong sales focus and coaching ability.
• Positive, high-energy personality; proactive in guiding customer interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Exceed store sales goals and develop sales skills among the team.
• Devise sales strategies to optimize revenue and KPI performance.
• Manage client data and address customer needs and objections.
• Maintain store merchandising, pricing knowledge, and stockroom layout.
• Support inventory security and loss prevention policies.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching, recruitment, and onboarding.
