Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience or pet/live animal knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with operational, sales, and merchandising objectives.
• Ensure a safe, productive work environment and train Team Members.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling tasks.
• Assist customers, resolve issues, and promote customer service.
• Support stocking, merchandising, and loss prevention efforts.
