Job summary

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, supervisory exposure, and a high school diploma (or equivalent). Duties include training, cash handling, and assisting in daily store operations to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with operational, sales and merchandising objectives.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers.
• Train Team Members on store policies and procedures.
• Execute merchandising, pricing, and plan-o-grams as required.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
