Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise day-to-day store operations in Weatherford, TX. You will guide staff, ensure compliance with company policies, and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include leading training, managing customer service, handling POS and inventory control, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention to protect company assets while maintaining an excellent shopping experience
