Job summary

Rack Room Shoes seeks a Team Lead to supervise day-to-day store operations in Brunswick, GA. You will provide leadership, guidance and training to staff under the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, and step in when they are unavailable to ensure consistent performance.

You will strive to meet sales, service and operational objectives, uphold company policies, and foster a positive customer experience through effective team development and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• The Team Lead assists in supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations while ensuring adherence to Company policies.
• Provides leadership, guidance and training to staff under the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager.
• In the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager, assumes full responsibility for all store operations.
• Strives to meet and exceed sales, service and operational objectives.
• May be a full or part-time management employee.
