Responsibilities

• supervise daily store operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff.
• In absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, assume full responsibility for store operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales, service and operational objectives.
• Handle POS transactions in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Manage inventory control, including shipping/receiving and price management.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation to company standards.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling and attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports and enforce customer service standards.
• Implement loss prevention policies and protect company assets.
