Job summary

Wild Fork in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks and driving performance.

You will train sales staff, lead by example, manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and ensure top-tier customer service while promoting the brand's Personal Chef experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Flex schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Work with integrity as part of a team towards a shared vision while respecting the opinions of others.
• Takes initiative and is able to collaborate with the SSL on the implementation of new ideas.
• Systems such as SAP, Order Management Systems, and Microsoft Office are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class customer service and act as a Brand Ambassador for Wild Fork.
• Train and develop Sales Associates; ensure onboarding, product knowledge and ongoing training.
• Oversee daily store operations, drive KPIs, manage inventory and sales processes.
• Coordinate with SSL to schedule two weeks shadowing and training for new joiners.
• Lead and monitor performance, provide coaching, and address customer complaints per SOPs.
• Ensure policy adherence and motivate the team to achieve store goals.
