Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Store Team Lead to oversee daily operations, train and coach sales leaders, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will partner with store leadership to drive KPIs, manage inventory, and implement local marketing strategies to attract customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and collaboration with the SSL to schedule shadowing and training for new joiners. A strong focus is placed on brand experience and process excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or management experience in a retail, grocery, or high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Wild Fork Personal Chef shopping experience to all customers and ensure team members deliver best-in-class service.
• Be a subject matter expert in product categories and programs, and cascade knowledge to the team.
• Lead by example to motivate Sales Leaders and handle customer complaints in coordination with Customer Service and QA.
