Wild Fork Foods in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance to meet store objectives. You will train sales leaders, deliver a Personal Chef shopping experience to customers, and foster a collaborative environment that drives productivity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task while engaging with customers.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience- Delivering best in class customer service.
• Deliver a Wild Fork Personal Chef shopping experience to all customers and ensure all team members have the knowledge and confidence to deliver best in class customer service.
• Be a true subject matter expert in all our product categories and programs.
• Take ownership and be an example to our Sales Leaders as a Brand Ambassador.
• Handle customer complaints in liaison with Customer Service and QA per SOPs.
• Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines.
