Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Team Leader in New Jersey to oversee daily store operations, delegate tasks, monitor team performance and ensure store objectives are met. You will foster collaboration, train sales leaders, and deliver a Personal Chef experience to guests while upholding company standards.

In this role, you will help drive productivity, support leadership, and implement strategies to grow the business while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership in retail or foodservice.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service and a brand experience, acting as a Brand Ambassador.
• Lead and train sales leaders, ensuring onboarding and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive store KPIs and daily operations.
• Coordinate daily store activities including sales processes, orders, and inventory.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to improve results.
