Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year retail or food experience; must complete Assistant Manager Training program.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Stable work history; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach guest service behaviors and greet guests warmly.
• Support store manager in training, scheduling and staff development.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales and promotions objectives.
• Maintain store appearance, coffee station, and food service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Perform duties as assigned by Store Manager or supervisor.
• Work second shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
