Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a guest-focused team. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure a premium shopping experience for guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, managing food service areas, and achieving in-store promotions and financial objectives. This is a second-shift, full-time role with nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred; training program required before assignment.
• ServSafe or Food Safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Service behaviors and coach team to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Support Store Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining an engaging work environment.
• Partner with Store Manager to meet promotions, sales, and operational goals.
• Help maintain store appearance, cleanliness of coffee station and food service area, and stock levels.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
