Job summary

Buff City Soap Northern is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor to assist in leading a team at our retail locations. You will manage daily production, train team members, and focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, stock control, policy enforcement, and collaboration with the General Manager to implement store initiatives and drive KPI achievement. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
• Must be team oriented, self-motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability and adherence to policies, communicating changes storewide.

• Follow safety guidelines for lye, raw materials, and equipment.
• Provide excellent guest service and build relationships with guests.
• Master product knowledge and recommend items to guests.
