Job summary

Buff City Soap Northern is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in leading a team of Team Members and Supervisors at our locations. You will recruit, hire, train, and develop staff, manage daily production, and focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining inventory, and executing marketing strategies to drive results. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
• Must be team oriented, self-motivated and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff.
• Promote accountability and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines for working with lye, raw materials, and equipment.
• Provide excellent guest service by building relationships and meeting needs.
• Become a product expert and make recommendations.
• Greeting guests on every visit and scheduling staff to meet daily needs.
• Lead store initiatives to achieve KPIs and drive sales.
