Job summary

Buff City Soap Northern is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead and support a team in our Brick Township Buff City Soap location. You will manage daily production, train staff, drive guest experience, and work with the store leadership to meet KPIs.

You will promote culture, ensure safety, schedule shifts, and assist in store events. Excellent communication and organization are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
• Must be team oriented, self-motivated and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support and train team members to provide excellent guest service.
• Ensure safety guidelines for working with materials and equipment.
• Drive sales through service and guest relationships.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute initiatives and KPIs.
• Schedule, plan, and assist in store events and parties.
• Manage stock of materials, finished products and supplies.
