Job summary

Buff City Soap Northern in Ohio is seeking a Part-time Supervisor to lead a team at our Buff City Soap locations. The role focuses on daily production, guest experience, and KPI achievement.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to schedule, train, and maintain store operations, promote safety, and ensure excellent service. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team and drive sales at the retail level.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Gmail/Google apps and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure policy adherence and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Drive guest service and retention through teamwork and sales focus.
• Collaborate with GM/ASM to schedule and implement store initiatives.
• Maintain stock, safety, and store cleanliness with checklists.
