Job summary

Buff City Soap Northern is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a store team, train staff, and maintain daily production while focusing on guest experience. You will drive KPI performance, manage stock, and ensure store cleanliness, safety, and excellent service.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and proficiency with Gmail and Google apps. A customer-centric attitude and team orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability and adherence to policies and procedures in-store.

• Provide excellent guest service and build relationships with customers.
• Become an expert on store products and make recommendations.
• Drive sales through service and greet guests consistently.
• Coordinate with GM/ASM to execute store initiatives and KPI goals.
• Schedule, plan, and support store events and parties.
• Manage stock of materials, products and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
