Job summary

Wild Fork Foods in Orlando is seeking a Store Team Lead to oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and drive customer service excellence. You will mentor sales leaders and model our Brand Ambassador standards.

You will coordinate schedules, train new joiners, and work with the SSL to optimize campaigns, inventory, and KPIs. This role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility, and a passion for delivering a Personal Chef experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• 1–2 years of leadership or management in retail, grocery, or high-volume customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Able to multi-task and work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class customer service and a Wild Fork Personal Chef experience.
• Lead training and development for new joiners; collaborate with SSL on scheduling and shadowing.
• Coordinate daily store operations, including sales processes and inventory, and monitor KPIs.
• Support SSL to monitor performance, provide feedback, and drive sales goals.
