Wild Fork Foods in Frisco, TX seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring performance and achieving store objectives. As second in command, you will foster collaboration and drive productivity while delivering a personal chef and friendly butcher experience to guests.

Qualifications

• Six months in current position or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to multi-task while focusing on customers and business needs.
• Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads and deadlines.
• Ability to work a flex schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Sales Leader in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales processes, orders, inventory).
• Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Organize schedules for new hires and onboarding.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires.
• Lead continuous training programs and ensure participation.
• Supervise and motivate staff; coach and support Sales Associates.
• Conduct ongoing performance reviews.
• Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources.
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
• Analyze consumer behavior and propose product positioning to the Commercial team.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Research emerging products and update store merchandise.
• Create reports, analyze revenues and expenses; track competition.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and represent the store appropriately.
• Execute other related duties as assigned.
