Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales management preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
• Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leader and team members in creating a favorable customer shopping experience through store conditions and service.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Identify opportunities in the store, develop timely solutions, and create action plans for implementation.
• Drive sales with team members to maximize revenue, reduce shrink, and improve department contributions.
• Participate in store-level financial discussions to achieve budgets and goals with the team.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and respond with actions to maintain performance.
• Ensure division merchandising plans are executed across store departments.
• Provide feedback to Store Leader, Area Leader, and Director of Operations on merchandising and operations programs.
• Assist with staffing, reduce turnover, improve retention, and optimize store operations.
