Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of experience at the assistant store leader level or higher.
• Completion of the Leadership Essentials program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience with financial oversight are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in planning, implementation and execution of merchandising and operation initiatives to keep the store customer ready.
• Work with leadership and associates to identify opportunities, develop solutions and implement action plans.
• Achieve or exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, revenue and profit budgets.
