Lidl US is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in New York to support the Store Manager, coach the store team, and deliver Lidl’s high-quality, low-price shopping experience. You will lead a motivated team, drive KPIs, oversee operations, assist with cash handling, stocking, and merchandising, and ensure a safe, productive work environment.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize store performance, develop staff, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail

Formación

• 1-2 years of management experience OR a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with de-escalation ability.
• Willingness to participate in daily physical store operations (stocking, cleaning, ringing).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the team to reach full potential each day.
• Provide excellent customer service and be the main contact for customer needs.
• Monitor and drive improvements of store KPIs.
• Lead projects such as weekly promotional sets and merchandising.
• Support operational tasks including cash management and stock.
• Ensure a safe, positive, productive work environment per policy.
