Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Gilroy to help lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and drive exceptional customer service across the floor.

You will drive sales, manage payroll and scheduling, merchandise the floor to brand standards, and deliver a premier customer experience that builds brand loyalty. Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the business plan by driving the achievement of sales, profitability, and other key objectives for the store.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation and maintain brand standards of an organized and appealing sales floor.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience across all areas of the business.
• Support omni-channel efforts through promotion of our Apps and Social campaigns and athlete contests.
