Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand, lift and move up to 25 lbs/12kg.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and store objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends for real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling for productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Monitor loss prevention and audit results.
• Share ownership of Talent, Visuals, and Operations areas.
• Support omni-channel efforts and app/social campaigns.
• Deliver a clear vision aligning with UA competencies.
• Recognize and reward strong teammate performance.
• Address performance issues and escalate when needed.
• Communicate priority issues to Store Manager and collaborate on fixes.
• Enforce Under Armour policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
