Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations, coach teammates, and deliver results in a high-performing, customer-focused store.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and ensure a premier brand experience. You will influence merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and omni-channel support, while developing teammates and implementing company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Able to work full-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, profitability, and other key objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments for productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and present a tidy store.
• Lead areas like Talent, Visuals, and Operations to gain cross-functional experience.
• Support omni-channel efforts through Apps and Social campaigns.
