Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a retail environment with progressive responsibility.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage store operations.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to work 38 hours per week and flexibility for shifts.
