ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, manage schedules, and develop action plans to drive performance. The role focuses on training opportunities to grow the team and align with company-wide goals.

The position is full-time, with an average of 38 hours per week, starting wage of $25.00 per hour and a wage increase to $26.00 per hour in Year 2. Eligible benefits are offered to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures and cash control policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage; ensure product quality and signage accuracy.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the team.
