Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Team Leader in Florida to drive store operations and a high-energy, customer‑centric experience. You will lead shifts, coach associates, and support onboarding while ensuring safety, accuracy, and a welcoming environment. Starting wage is $23.00 per hour with monthly bonus potential.

As hands-on leader, you’ll model service excellence, manage floor coverage, and guide the team to achieve daily sales goals. Flexible availability and physical readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or specialty food.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or prior key-holder experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and model expected team behaviors.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours including freezer exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store during assigned shifts, ensuring customer readiness and proper coverage.
• Model Wild Fork’s service standards and deliver a personal chef experience.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet daily sales targets and improve conversion.
• Deliver on-the-job training for new team members and support onboarding.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and ensure timely replenishment and planogram updates.
• Enforce daily temperature logs, food safety checks, and SOPs.
• Identify operational gaps and elevate issues to the Store Manager.
