Wild Fork, operated by JBS Foods, seeks a Store Team Lead in Coral Gables, FL. This full-time role offers an hourly starting wage of $23.00 with monthly bonus potential and a path to lead a customer-focused team on the sales floor.

You will guide and coach Sales Associates, manage operational routines, and uphold our service philosophy while ensuring a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or specialty food.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or prior key-holder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and model the behaviors expected of the team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 8-10 hours, including freezer exposure.
• Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store during assigned shifts, ensuring customer readiness and proper coverage.
• Model and deliver the Wild Fork service philosophy and product knowledge to customers.
• Coach and motivate the sales team to hit daily targets and maintain an easy-to-shop store.
• Deliver on-the-job training and onboarding for new team members.
• Complete receiving, stocking, and FIFO rotation with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain temperature logs, food safety standards, and sanitation routines.
