Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Store Team Lead in Florida to guide a shift-based team, deliver the brand’s personal chef and friendly butcher experience, and coach associates on product knowledge and service standards.

You will oversee opening/closing, temperature logs, stock, and merchandising while supporting achievement of daily sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly wage with monthly bonus potential.

Formación

• 1–3 years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or specialty food.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or prior key-holder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and model the behaviors expected of the team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand 8–10 hours, including freezer exposure.
• Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store during assigned shifts, ensuring customer readiness, cleanliness, and proper coverage.
• Execute opening and closing routines as directed by the Store Manager.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs, food safety standards, sanitation routines, and freezer management.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to SOPs.
• Identify operational gaps and elevate appropriately.
• Monitor business needs throughout the shift and adjust priorities, floor coverage, and team focus.
